Michael Corwin Smith — Senior Vice President of Corporate Development - Summit Midstream GP LLC at Summit Midstream Partners

Mr. Michael Corwin Smith serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Summit Midstream GP, LLC. Mr. Smith is responsible for business development activities throughout the Western Region including greenfield development projects, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. His career spans more than 20 years in the industry and includes extensive experience in the midstream business. Mr. Smith served as Group Senior Vice President of Enterprise Products Holdings Llc - General Partner at Enterprise Products Partners LP since January 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Unregulated NGL Business and Assets - Enterprise Products Holdings Llc from April 2012 to January 2014. He served Vice President, Western Gas Gathering & Processing at Enterprise Products Partners LP from January 2010 to April 2012 and served as its Vice President of Rocky Mountain Gathering from January 2009 to December 2009, as Director, Rocky Mountains, January 2006 to January 2009 and as Director, Commercial Development from October 2002 to December 2005. He was responsible for all commercial activities for their 18,000 mile FERC regulated natural gas liquids and refined products pipeline businesses. He spent 12 years with Enterprise Products in various leadership roles for commercial activities, spanning several basins and commodities. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Smith served in Marketing, engineering and project management roles with Mapco Inc. and The Williams Companies. He has been Director of OTLP GP LLC at Oiltanking Partners, L.P. since October 1,2014. Mr. Smith holds an MBA and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State.
