Mr. Ryan Simmons serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Summit Midstream Gp, Llc. Mr. Simmons served as Vice President and Regional Manager of Southwest - Summit Midstream GP, LLC, General Partner of Summit Midstream Partners, LP. Mr. Simmons has over 12 years of oil and gas experience primarily focused on the midstream sector. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Summit Midstream Partners LLC and was responsible for its investment origination, transaction structuring and marketing activities. Prior to joining Summit Midstream, Mr. Simmons served as a Vice President of Midstream Energy Group at ING Investment Management, where he focused on originating, structuring and managing proprietary midstream private equity investments. Mr. Simmons managed a $1.5 billion proprietary private equity and fixed income portfolio focused on the broader energy industry for ING Investment Management from 2004 to 2007. Before joining ING in 2004, Mr. Simmons was an Energy Banker with SunTrust Bank and was responsible for managing client relationships and raising capital for a wide range of companies operating across all sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Simmons is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Mr. Simmons holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
