What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions that was asked were very relevant, and I loved that the questions were more about the positive energy and kpis and also about our own perspective of Sunglass Hut.
What makes you most happy at work?
The start of a new day. The knowing that in going to see me colleagues in a few hours. The energy in the store. And most of all learning and teaching everyday, which goes without saying building up my skill set.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That it's space to, of cause learn. Build skills that I am determined to use as I build myself a career. And from what I have observed, it would mean a great deal for me to learn from such brilliant and humble minds.
