I would look more into potential and better fits then self enjoyment.

The most positive outcome in my store was associates working together and getting along.

The best part about my team was the constant connections we made every day n also used to improve on the sales floor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly there wasn't no leadership apart from the basic guide the mangers lended but the mangers at the beginning was very helpful a few was.
