Understanding that not as many people shop in person anymore. So of course sales are lower. It would greatly relieve tension.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very understanding. Would have liked the ceo to have been on the actual floor for a shift instead of making customers uncomfortable with too much information about a pair they were hardly interested in.
