Sunrise of Wilton, CT has become a toxic work environment due to one single care manager. The care manager has been there for less than 6 months and is assigned "acting" lead care manger in Assisted Living. We NO LONGER have DCMs and senior care managers are about to walk because of Erika.

When one particular care manager isn't working the same shift.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Removing them from the building - there is no place at Sunrise for a toxic work enviroment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing Sunrise policies, procedures and position requirements *before* assigning tasks to a care manager that has been working at Sunrise of Wilton for less than 6 months.
