What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They practice top down managment and don't understand how to lead.

Pay attention to the needs of residents and team members. Lots of work for little pay, taking advantage of team members. During covid stopped using PPE, no hand sanitizer in necessary areas. Horrible.

Medical and dental packages are reasonable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Takes advantage of caregiver with out proper compensation, on top of being a caregiver, witness, buser, housekeeper, laundry, make beds, take out trash. Its not easy to give the care residents needs on top of all these responsibilities.

We have each other's backs. We put our communities needs first and do whatever we can to support them.
