There needs to be communication. Everyone also should be held accountable for their actions not just people that aren't in the group.

Very undervalued, always recieve negative feedback when giving report. Always understaffed and expected to be able to complete all tasks, chores, rounds, and entertain the wonderers throughout the night and day.
