What did you like most about the interview process?Its a multi step process. Some of the people interviewing were better than others. Might want to train some people on what to ask in an interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?Most meetings are effective. Sometimes a bit too much powerpoint from the some of the leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Our bonus plan gives us an opportunity to have an occasional windfall year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?need better work life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and they need to be in the office more than they are on vacation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been in the same position for 4 years and have yet to get a raise.
