This platform is useless. After jumping through a bunch of hoops and paying a lot of money I can't afford to spend for a background check, the only sub requests I've received are from the worst cities and worst schools, all PE or Special Ed or High School instead of K-5, and the schools are far.

They now pay by the hour while the districts pay by the day. The districts also pay directly without a middle man and you can filter your preferences by grade, school, and area.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The training was very weak. There was too much time spent on small details like timesheets. I wanted practical training in subbing in the post-Covid classroom. There are surveys after every email which is lame. As an experienced sub and former teacher, just sign up with districts you like.
