I have 8 years in the company and am being pushed around like a rag doll and promised the world but can't advance or even step down in a role because im needed where im at im about to quit

Everything is tough to think of
401k match isn't competitive, long term employees aren't appreciated. Employees that have been there a year make exactly the same as employees that have been there 30 years. Seniority and experience mean nothing towards advancement. Family members get preferential treatment.
