Family. We all love to do right by each other. Way different than mo other job that is now extreme part time.
The guys you work with know from their own experience what going on and that we are all in this together as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management micro manages and follows you around.
Management needs to change their old habits and stop working based off emotions, or be replaced.
Get those managers out in the trade
Sales center Manager needs to be replaced
More positive teamwork and more positive from me management
Management needs to care about their employees, not clock out after their 8 and tell them to get it done.
