Some employees are dependable and dedicated to getting job done.
You can always find great employees on the front line. We won't all be perfect, but there are some who are exceptional and do not get recognized or promoted due to management playing favorites.

All the night drivers get along and help each other. Our night driving team is great..

Most are good but some get treated better then others
Better training and hold to standards set so people that come in and cant do the job are removed before their 90 days
Employees don't care about the job. They're not given a reason to.
