Being fair, equitable and honest in their communication with ALL EMPLOYEES. Takingnpeoples mental health as serious as their own literature claims to be.

Understanding their people. Understanding people will work for you if you have a balance. (Set hours) wouldnt be bad if we knew how long were going to work and ill gove you my 110% but not when im pulling 1200 everyday and the peroson at the bottom only has 700 cases.

Treating people like they are humans

We never get recognized for work we do. All we hear about is the negative

I have 8 years in the company and am being pushed around like a rag doll and promised the world but can't advance or even step down in a role because im needed where im at im about to quit

You can always find great employees on the front line. We won't all be perfect, but there are some who are exceptional and do not get recognized or promoted due to management playing favorites.

We work as one with a common vision.

All the night drivers get along and help each other. Our night driving team is great..

Actually interview people about the actual job have them do a trial run to see if it's a fit instead of some random questions that have nothing to do with what we do.
