What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair, equitable and honest in their communication with ALL EMPLOYEES. Takingnpeoples mental health as serious as their own literature claims to be.
Understanding their people. Understanding people will work for you if you have a balance. (Set hours) wouldnt be bad if we knew how long were going to work and ill gove you my 110% but not when im pulling 1200 everyday and the peroson at the bottom only has 700 cases.
Treating people like they are humans
Communication and team work overall
Knowing that they would be nothing without the rest of the team
Managing they have no clue what there doing
Caring about employees Quality of life..
Get there people line leads to do more work on there lines make them work everyday like there line has to it is gross to see all the freedom the snitches have they are in position to keep supervisor safe alot of intimidation here

We need to get better at being leaders and not so stuck on themselves
