Ability to be myself for whatever reason. Very accepting company.
I dont feel that we are valuable to the company, so nothing makes me feel good except getting to go home at a decent hour to live a little and not having to go straight to bed.

Management is poor and uncaring
Train a new manager to do a better job and treat his employees better not like trash
They need to be able to keep their employees so that I can do my job on delivering product
Better pay, less forced overtime.
