What do you like best about the leadership team?Direct management in my department is responsive and cooperative. The only downside is the lack of cooperation from senior management to resolve matters that mean a lot to front line employees, however may seem insignificant to executive employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would feel much better if we were at least paid enough to fit the middle class requirements of yearly incomes. It would be additional if drivers were paid according to the industry standard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More trust and follow through from executive management to frontliners. Also fair wages for qualified workers.
