Lawrence R. Zingale — Executive VP and GM of North America & EMEA at Sykes Enterprises

Mr. Lawrence R. Zingale, also known as Lance, has been an Executive Vice President at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated since September 14, 2012 and has been its General Manager of North America & EMEA since November 08, 2017 and served as its General Manager of Communications, Technology & International since March 14, 2017 until November 08, 2017. Mr. Zingale served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Client Management at Sykes Enterprises from May 2010 to September 2012 and served as General Manager of Major Markets since September 14, 2012 until March 14, 2017. Mr. Zingale served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Client Management at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated since January 5, 2006. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of StarTek Inc. from June 2002 to September 30, 2005, where his primary responsibilities included sales, marketing, client services and operations management. He served as President of Stonehenge Telecom. From 1997 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of International Community Marketing. From 1980 to 1997, for almost 20 years, he worked for AT&T, rising through the ranks within sales, marketing and operations with roles and P&L responsibilities across several divisions, including Vice President of Specialized Markets, Marketing Vice President of Global Services Markets, Product Group Director of Middle Market Family of Services, District Operations and Customer Care Manager, as well as various call center and sales management positions. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a call center management company headquartered in Colorado. He serves on the Board of the National Industries for the Blind. Mr. Zingale received his Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Allegheny College.
