Dr. Friedrich (“Fritz”) Neumeyer joined Syncron as CEO in 2020 and has overall responsibility for the company’s global strategy, organization, culture and operations. Under Dr. Neumeyer’s leadership, Syncron remains focused on delivering best-in-class after-sales service solutions for the world’s leading manufacturers, empowering them to evolve their service businesses while increasing financial performance and customer loyalty.

Prior to Syncron, Dr. Neumeyer served as the CEO of German ERP vendor proALPHA for six years, where he led the company to be a market-leading solution provider for discrete manufacturing companies, tripled revenue and doubled the number of employees. Prior to proALPHA, Dr. Neumeyer served in global leadership roles at SAP and Software AG, after beginning his career at McKinsey.

Dr. Neumeyer studied nuclear physics and has a PhD from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
