My line manager was a great person. Above him is where the trust and loyalty are absent. They have no support for your future growth in the company and if you have one disagreement with leadership you are then earmarked for termination.

The lack of support from the leadership. People need to be held more accountable for their actions towards other individuals.

I feel undervalued based on my pay

Feel being underpaid by 10-20% based on the median market values across the industry sector; flex-time is a nice perk.

The salary is too low for software developers and the kind of work we do here.

Overall I feel good about my compensation. However, I wish there was more transparency in pay structure and there are other chemical companies within the industry that provide better benefits.
