The lack of support from the leadership. People need to be held more accountable for their actions towards other individuals.
I feel undervalued based on my pay
Feel being underpaid by 10-20% based on the median market values across the industry sector; flex-time is a nice perk.
The salary is too low for software developers and the kind of work we do here.
Overall I feel good about my compensation. However, I wish there was more transparency in pay structure and there are other chemical companies within the industry that provide better benefits.

Collaboration across functions. Alignment with company strategy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Poor leadership. Promotes sycophants. Culture increasingly deteriorating with less competent people
