What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong. Just not the most exciting line of work. That said, I generally always have a good day at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is fair, but not as high as it could be. Without clear guidelines on performance evaluations, I'm not sure if/when I will be able to get a raise or promotion.
