Fast paced, lots of learning opportunities. I like it, though we do try to take on more than we can manage at times.

The team has shown transparency in difficult times. Relatively stable.

4% 401k match. Used to be higher but still good comparatively.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good time off plan, includes more personal days and other extra time off than most companies I have worked for (such as half day on the 2nd Friday of every month).
