EMPATHY! I am treated as a person and they show that they understand the human experience. Bad mental health day? Take a day off - they understand.

The people. I can't stress this enough. The engagement from the team is strong and you are supported by your team. The word "Team" actually means something here. It's a breath of fresh air.

I always feel heard and my feedback is always constructive and helpful for my role. I work with all departments and have had the joy of getting to know leaders throughout each one, everyone is friendly and collaborative. I couldn't stress enough how great Syntellis is.

This is the best team I've ever worked with throughout my career. Everyone is helpful if you have questions, collaborative in making everything better within our structure and feedback is heard 100%. There is always a way for us to improve and I love the constructive feedback provided from all sides
