I feel like they answer the questions I'm about to ask. People first doesn't feel like a "buzzword", it is practiced daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely nice people and no one is playing games. We are working as a team to move forward and I appreciate that management wants us to work together to solve problems.
