The comradery of my team. That I'm allowed to fail and learn from my mistakes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have to point to the collaboration and and report I've seen across all departments. Flint and his team drive the positive culture and attitude from top down. Kris K it's just great and when you have someone like Alicya running employee programs it's fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager takes a versed interest in getting to know me personally and in assisting with my professional growth. Stacy talks the walk with the leadership and support she provides. I am here under a year and I have never felt Moore welcome and supported in an organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When it comes to Customer Success, I have never seen a more conscientious and energetic group of professionals. These people are intelligent of course, but they have a general fund of knowledge that makes them really "smart" as well. I am part of a family, a close knit, supportive family.
