More team work, I feel like we say we are collaborative when in reality a lot of coworkers are individual contributors. Mood in the team sometimes is tense and I feel uncomfortable. Our team (talent acquisition) doesn't really reflect the company culture

Most of us work from home, this makes extremely difficult ramping up with so few occasions to work close to each other. I believe that increasing the ways to learn the technical content of our products is critical for Sysdig.
