Clean well stock store with positive associates & customers, store managers that believe in you and allow you to do you thing always apart of your development growth , biggest critic & the first to cheer you on

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Panel of team members to make sure that store managers are creating a positive environment for salary managers not kept for long hours without even a thank you or a comp day . The consistent no lunch and no manager coverage 1 manager per shift , Mikey carriers have got to stop this is very abusive
