Mr. A. Alexander Rhodes, also known as Sandy, has been Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tailored Brands, Inc. since July 2015, since April 13, 2015, since April 13, 2015 and since January 2016 respectively. Mr. Rhodes served as an Executive Vice President of Chico's FAS Inc. since 2009 and served as its General Counsel and Secretary since April 2006. Mr. Rhodes served as Chief Compliance Officer of Chico's FAS Inc. Mr. Rhodes was with Chico's FAS, Inc., since January 2003. Previously, Mr. Rhodes served as Senior Vice President of Chico's Fas Inc., from April 2006 to 2009. Mr. Rhodes served as Vice President of Chico's Fas Inc. from December 2004 to April 3, 2006 and its Corporate Counsel. He joined Chico's Fas Inc. in January 2002 and served as its in-house legal counsel. From 1997 to December 2002, Mr. Rhodes practiced law with the Annis Mitchell Cockey Edwards & Roehn and Carlton Fields law firms working primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property. Mr. Rhodes graduated from the Stetson University College of Law in 1994.
