What is the best part about your compensation package?

Excellent retirement benefits including 401k match of 4% plus an additional amount put in each year that is based on age and is between 5.5% - 12%

that it is fair and it gives me and my family a good standard of living

Good compensation and benefits .

Insurance coverage, insurance coverage, insurance

Generous Annual Retirement Contribution (ARC) by company to my 401k based on age & service; Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP); accelerated vacation accrual; year-round “Summer Fridays”; flexible/hybrid working sche

Great 401k, vacation days, company holiday

The fair yearly bonus goals

Fair, but not compensated for skills and talent and extra workload and projects that are above and beyond.

It evolves with market needs

annual performance bonus is fairly generous

Annual bonus and allowance always the best

Generous bonus and incentives package.

The total package!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Transparent and honest measurement over all hirarchical levels

admins are not treated equally during raises, etc. most no stock even after years of service.

Pay non us workers comparable compensation

Same role as 5 others across the world am paid 20 less at least, those in LA earn 45% more

Seeing the payouts to donors and fast-foods making more than most of us. With the centers being the backbone of the company you would think you would take better care of your employees. Better pay and bonuses for employees

Outside looking in seeing what is paid out to donors, you would think you would take better care of your employees. Especially when fast foods are making more than we are

They increase the starting wage, but don't add anything to the existing employees hourly. If starting wage is 15 an hour and raise it to 16.50 thats great for a new employee. If an existing employee makes 16.50, they get nothing. They are loyal to the company, but aren't rewarded with any increase.

Could be paid more for the amount of work that I do
