What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and bonuses are higher than all of our competitors; bonuses have multipliers. Bonus is a standard percentage of salary multiplied by factor of company's performance multiplied by individual performance. Example: $300k*35% (standard)*1.25 (company performance)*1.6 (individual performance)= $210k.
Excellent retirement benefits including 401k match of 4% plus an additional amount put in each year that is based on age and is between 5.5% - 12%
