Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Basic benefits. Besides the yearly bonus there is really nothing else. Most companies have a lot more benefits (overtime, time in lieu, training, etc.)

What did you like most about the interview process?

was very easy, just 2 interviews and we hardly discussed anything tough, always easy questions about your background and knowledge. They were usually very pleasant

What are some of the best things about your team?

A lot of time is spent in meetings where you just need to say something for 10 minutes whitout taking those people and their time into account. Very poor time management.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The Dublin CEO constant micro manages everything and that would be OK if it wasn't for the fact that he doesn't seem to know what he is doing most of the times. Everybody laughs about it in the office even thought it's really uncomfortable in meetings with him

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They could help the CEO more and ensure that he doesn't look lost all the time. There is a sense on the teams that the executive team doesn't know what they are doing...That would be OK if they at least dealt with the team more closely instead of the CEO micromanaging everybody
