I like the process I think It will be helpful if employees could Interview their managers this way Managers could know how the employees feel
Be yourself never try to fit
We were a start up facility so I was really excited about the plans that we reviewed for the future and watched them come to fruition.
Asked fair questions, do not limit their choices allow everyone to interview for a position that they are interested in
