By doing their job and addressing the issue when they have proof of situations and not terminating employees saying it is he say she say when they have the video of an employee messing with another employee's vehicle and the brakes being cut
They need trainings on how to treat the employees
Talking more English to worker s that are not bilingual
Organize, keep track of Inventory, manage your works Equal.... no leadership in the receiving department....
