What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say it's the staff overall. It feels good to be in a big warehouse but they still know your name.
Thay have no positive enviroment, they have quotas of product in and product out

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

HR will hire illegal immigrants, then when things get investigated, those certain favorites of HR will quit, then return with a different name. This has 100% happened, I've witnessed it and there needs to be ethical accountability.
