You are undervalued when working for Taylor Farms or through their temp agencies that they send to fill spots. When you follow proper protocol and report situations at Taylor Farms you are still terminated even with proof by way of video

In Orlando Florida my vehicle was tampered with and brakes cut I reported the situation to human resources they caught the person doing it on video and terminated the both of us. Saying it was no proof and he say she say even with a video according to terry

I don't have any problem with my coworkers they are good workers

More Communication, less slacking, everyone put in they part of share of work

HR will hire illegal immigrants, then when things get investigated, those certain favorites of HR will quit, then return with a different name. This has 100% happened, I've witnessed it and there needs to be ethical accountability.

Change supervisors who don't do anything when a situation is reported and cought on video as with my truck. The coworker cought on tape messing with my truck went even farther by nearly hitting me with the company truck and causing a accident and nothing was done until we both were terminated

Work hard makes me happy but I hate when Manayers humiliating and yelling at employees for no reason

I get to experience a few different environments. Sometimes I spend time in the office setting, but also have the opportunity to work on the production floor with our various teams on projects.

Change how the supervisors investigate and deal with matters. I was terminated and this matter was said to be he say she say according to terry when u have a employee messing with my truck. The company in Orlando was made aware my brakes were cut and did nothing until weeks later and fired me
