By doing their job and addressing the issue when they have proof of situations and not terminating employees saying it is he say she say when they have the video of an employee messing with another employee's vehicle and the brakes being cut
They need trainings on how to treat the employees
Talking more English to worker s that are not bilingual

Yes because not fairly compensated
I would feel better if more communication is given, plus an understanding of raises and holiday pay.
Pay salary people more than hourly people make.

too much group think. lots of people have never had any other job and they lose focus on bigger picture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say it's the staff overall. It feels good to be in a big warehouse but they still know your name.
Thay have no positive enviroment, they have quotas of product in and product out

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Varias culturas sobre todo muchos imigantes
HR will hire illegal immigrants, then when things get investigated, those certain favorites of HR will quit, then return with a different name. This has 100% happened, I've witnessed it and there needs to be ethical accountability.

Sitting down and having a direct conversation on strengths and weaknesses i possess freely.

I like the process I think It will be helpful if employees could Interview their managers this way Managers could know how the employees feel

We were a start up facility so I was really excited about the plans that we reviewed for the future and watched them come to fruition.
Asked fair questions, do not limit their choices allow everyone to interview for a position that they are interested in

Innovative and progressive approach to business
Work hard makes me happy but I hate when Manayers humiliating and yelling at employees for no reason

I get to experience a few different environments. Sometimes I spend time in the office setting, but also have the opportunity to work on the production floor with our various teams on projects.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, attitude, and people who aren't being accountable for their mistakes or lack of work.
long work hours, old ways of doing things never change, frequent accidents, old broken machinery, unrealistic expectations, too much stress on the people who make actual operations happen daily
