Career streams

Human Resources: Be a part of the various HR teams in TCS and be responsible for recruitment, staffing, employee engagement, employee welfare, organizational effectiveness, performance management or other HR related functions.

IT Support: Be responsible for providing essential support to Customer's PC including software and hardware related issues with clients from different countries.

Business Analysts: Analyze the client business, create process flow maps and, based on that, collaborate with other project team members to deliver business results.

Foreign Language Translators: Be responsible for communicating with clients from different countries, conducting language trainings for team members and translating documents.

Programmers and Developers: Work on program maintenance, software development and production support.

Well defined compensation and HR policy for the internship program:

The total of the monthly stipend and all other benefits and perquisites provided, will be Rs. 7,87,070 per annum.

These benefits include: initial two weeks accommodation provided by TCS, flight back home on successful completion of the internship and HIS coverage.

16 days personal leave, 15 days sick leave and 2 flexi holidays annually.
