It's always changing (in a good way) to keep employees happy (office renovations, perks, etc.).
We are close ans support each other. Can be a little challenging with many of us working from home and not seeing each other as much in person. We try to go into the office a bit more now and make sure others on our team are there too.
Everyone is hard working and driven. Most of the company is young too which is nice (25-35).
