Pay attention to current employees. Train managers to encourage employees to learn more and promote from within.

Employee retention, team building, change the corporate culture of executives in the ivory tower looking down on the rest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's okay. Not the best but not the worst. Definitely not worth the BS that goes on here though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wrong. You can tell that the CEO and executive teams have lost control. So many managers leaving the company, it's not a good sign.
