What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed getting to know individuals at different levels of the company. I think it's pretty rare to have a call with the CEO of a company prior to joining.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is truly admirable. Tom and Mike are constantly trying to learn more from others (internally and externally), and it's allowed us to find success or pivot when need be. Also, the company-wide transparency at Tegus is something special - an irreplaceable intangible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A good company culture is encouraged before an individual even joins Tegus. Throughout the interview process, it is very apparent that Tegus employees are proud to work here and want A++ individuals who will positively impact the culture. The energy and enthusiasm to succeed is contagious.
