What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Leadership Team embodies the culture of the company and is extremely passionate about our product, our customers, and our people. There are no barriers when voicing opinions to upper-level management and they care about all levels of the organization.

What makes you most happy at work?

I feel incredibly fulfilled by the work I do on a daily basis. My role interacts daily with our customers and it has been fantastic learning more about the research process for investors. It is incredible seeing our work pay off for our clients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company works very hard to maintain the culture it had back as a start-up. I started at the company when it was under 80 employees and the culture is still incredibly strong at 400+. The company provides many opportunities for meeting new people, after-hour events, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is the best part of my job! They are some of the most motivated and intelligent people I know and challenge me to set the bar high. We are able to work hard, but also have opportunities to get to know each other on a personal level through company outings, happy hours, lunches, etc
