The atmosphere is very supportive and one can tell that they are valued on their team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation increases the better you perform - the leadership team actively incentivizes high performance with financial rewards.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I can tell they try to be present where they can. Putting in effort to be accessible to anyone/everyone at the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

All questions that were asked were fairly relevant to the position being interviewed for. I never felt like I was being scrutinized or the background behind my responses was being questioned.

What makes you most happy at work?

Performing on projects dished out by clients and hearing positive feedback from them. We are also an actively positive culture where shoutouts are given across the Operations organization when something is achieved.
