
My direct managers have been empathetic and actually great. The exec team, however, seems like they have no actual idea about the offices and how they work as they are always making calls that are SO FAR REMOVED from the general opinions and feedback from the office level.
My individual team, the 4-5 others I've worked with is where the good comments about culture come from - not the company as a whole. The small individual team's culture though almost feels like we are a squad in the trenches, fighting our role but the full company as well.
