While they did work to get me employed, I found that it was almost completely a hands-off experience for 3 years. They almost never contacted me. Further, when it came time that the customer canceled my contract, they washed their hands of not just me but several others I worked with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Directing recruiters to be more engaged with the employees, and follow up to find more work after a contract ends. Instead, they cut ties abruptly and forget about you.
