No interaction with the company what so ever.

Benefits are very poor and PTO is non-existent

Communication and realizing people are the blood stream of their business.

A few people I know, but there is not a opportunity for much interaction.

What little feedback given to me is normally negative (as it is for all employees).

It all about the $$$ and not about the people that make that money for the company

It's all about money … I have never met my account manager and have only talked to him in the initial interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm over qualified for my role and am compensated at the rate for my role. I took a $40K decrease from my list assignment.
