A lot of training that had to do with nothing of our job description. And could not get consistent training regarding our job description

To be employed and to be able to get paid weekly

I found a little click of about four ladies and we supported each other in getting through our samples
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was a headache. I had to mute the WebEx throughout my shift so I could get my work done. It's a lot of nonsense
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This project the best started it in January was a complete cluster. I have never seen so much disorganization in the startup. So much misinformation put out by leadership. And now I'm being told that I have to send back my laptop on my dime. There is no way I can pay for packaging and shipment.
