the managers that interviewed me respected my experience, and they challenged me, no easy questions. They were honest also.

They have been to each interview with me, gave me plenty of prep before hand, and even linked me up with Tek Systems employees that worked at potential job sites

Cohesive unit of personnel. I believe they pair us intentionally to ensure our personalities are conducive to a good working environment. the only people i have seen not satisfied are people who over-inflate their self-worth, or who are not teams players. they HAVE to be individuals; without skills
