What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Directing recruiters to be more engaged with the employees, and follow up to find more work after a contract ends. Instead, they cut ties abruptly and forget about you.
My direct managers have been empathetic and actually great. The exec team, however, seems like they have no actual idea about the offices and how they work as they are always making calls that are SO FAR REMOVED from the general opinions and feedback from the office level.
Protecting employees from workplace abuse at large conpanies like Meta. Supporting their own employees.
Ensuring rules apply to everyone, proactively helping people who are struggling with training

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No transparent benefits to employees.

Treat me like a person, not a money maker.
Seriously? I have to do someone else's job and i get paid the same? That's real fair!
I have been in this career field 20 years and am making the same as entry level positions
My salary doesn't correlate with the value I bring. Benefits are average. Good Maternity policy though
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication, skills better trainning.

Trust your professional coworkers and respect them.
An understanding of different delivery methods used in the recruiting world, other than just in time, which is the only model TEK uses.
They need to learn to control their impulsiveness and how to communicate effectively instead of stepping all over people when they're trying to train
The coworkers that are on the same level as me are fine it’s the coworkers above us.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I'm not sure, it is fairly good
Interview with more people on the team.
It needs to be more organized and if not organized then atleast have the people who do the hiring to stop being so pushy about things that are out of the applicants control.
Again, get some IT Professionals in your recruiting process who will set up proper interviews.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Truly adhere to your policy and provide good benefits and bonuses or time off.
No proper compensation, private e-mails are being shared from management team to other employees.

Everything and the only thing that I feel could fix it is to stop letting empathy lacking people hire empathy lacking people for leadership roles.
It all about the $$$ and not about the people that make that money for the company
