My direct managers have been empathetic and actually great. The exec team, however, seems like they have no actual idea about the offices and how they work as they are always making calls that are SO FAR REMOVED from the general opinions and feedback from the office level.

Trust your professional coworkers and respect them.
An understanding of different delivery methods used in the recruiting world, other than just in time, which is the only model TEK uses.
They need to learn to control their impulsiveness and how to communicate effectively instead of stepping all over people when they're trying to train

It needs to be more organized and if not organized then atleast have the people who do the hiring to stop being so pushy about things that are out of the applicants control.
