The employees (minus management and supervisors) are like family and can often be relied upon outside of work. I have had the opportunity to acquire responsibilities equivalent to a lead, however, the demand and responsibility do not reflect the low wage I am continuously receiving.

triple and quadruple work loads, overtime, poor annual review system, employees are set up for failure, no raises despite record sales. I enjoy my job, but there is no reward for extending and expanding your skillset, or for going above and beyond your job description. Very poor morale.
