Out of 43 Teleflora employee reviews, 33% were positive. The remaining 67% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Teleflora improve their work culture.
Paying employees the small wages they are suppose to get. So people that worked the Christmas and Valentine holidays are not paid.
CARE ABOUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND NOT JUST THE ONES WHO ARE IN THE CALL CENTER
The leadership team needs to stop with the favoritism in the workplace. I noticed that a lot of people who were not qualified get advancements in the company when other people who have been there longer and have more experienced were overlooked.

MAYBE IF THEY HAD PEOPLE IN CHARGE WHO KNEW HOW TO TRAIN PROPERLY THEN IT WOULD BE BETTER
THEY NEED NEW PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT MORE THAN THEIR SALARY
The favoritism in the company needs to stop. Hard working, qualified people are being overlooked because they are not the popular people at the place of business.
